The way selection will work is as follows:
Every month, the winner of the Top Games section will have the opportunity to purchase that ad space for a discounted price provided they choose to use that as their banner display prize. If a game wins multiple times in a month, they forfeit that as their prize considering I'm only going to allow 1 game per month to advertise there and no game can have that spot more than once in a given month.

In the event that they choose not to use it, all currently submitted games on the site may submit a ballot providing they wish to purchase that ad space for the month. After all ballots are collected, I will randomly pick a winner. You will be contacted via the email address you supplied to me when you submitted your game. You will be required to pay for the ad space for the month and supply me with the 355x115 advert banner you'd like displayed.

The cost for that ad space is going to be $200.00 USD/month for those buying it straight out. For the Top Games winner, it'll only cost you $100.00 for the month. So, those sites who choose to get their members to participate will receive a really good prize for their work.
