Top Games Voting...
This is the final month of trial runs for the voting. Starting next month, I'll be running a new ranking system into the placements. Your site will gain a DoG Ranking number based on the following:
Your Top Games Rank (50 points for 1st, 49 for second, 48 for third, etc down to 1 point for 50th)
Your DoG Review Rank (Out of 100)
Possibly another rank in the future.
Starting next month, a game may only win the Top Games section 1 time per 3 months. If this proves to work fine, then it will remain this way, however, if it's too short a time, I'll up the time to 6 months. This gives everyone a chance to win providing they get their members to vote.
The Top Games winner will have the ability to purchase the premium advertisement space for $100.00 for the entire month as well as have their game appear in the Top Games section of the Featured Games area.
In the event the winner chooses to not buyout the Premium advetisement space(Located on the vote confirmation page) for $100.00, then anyone who'd like to purchase it may place a bid in the Auctions thread on the advertising board. The bid for the premium ad space will start at $200.00 o it's worth trying to win it via the Top Games voting. |
