Banner Exchange errors and such...

Found out there was a problem with the URL blocker, meaning some banners weren't being blocked. I've fixed that, or so I think I have...the tests showed that it's functioning properly now, but if you still have blocked banners appearing, let me know.

I'll be adding the Blocked URLs list today so you may view what you have blocked and remove URLs if you wish to.
